Hot Noods was an experimental food concept and creative platform developed in collaboration with chef Rachel Miller that ultimately became the foundation for Nightshade Noodle Bar. The project explored contemporary dining culture through bold visual storytelling, editorial-style food photography, and personality-driven branding rooted in flavor, atmosphere, and cultural narrative.

Working closely with Rachel during the project’s early development, I shaped the visual world surrounding the concept through photography, creative direction, styling, and copywriting. Following the restaurant’s formal opening, I continued supporting the brand through marketing and creative production, helping establish the photography style and visual tone that still defines the restaurant’s identity today.
