Palmier is a speculative hospitality concept developed to explore the intersection of café culture. Conceived as a hybrid coffee shop and wine bar, the project focuses on how thoughtful spatial branding can shape emotional experience, community identity, and visual storytelling.
The creative direction draws from European cafés, California modernism, independent bookstores, and contemporary boutique hospitality. Warm plaster walls, eclectic mid-century furnishings, saturated artwork, natural materials, and understated signage were used to create a space that feels intimate, lived-in, and culturally aware rather than overtly commercial.
For the project, I developed the full brand world including visual identity, environmental graphics, spatial concepting, materials direction and interior styling. Palmier was created as a self-initiated spec project to demonstrate my approach to hospitality branding through both physical space and narrative-driven creative direction.
